Phone Interview with the HR person, Led to an in person interview with the manager & the HR person. The Manager was over 1/2 hour late then came into the conference room because he forgot his phone & was going to leave again, The HR person had to track him down and bring him back for the interview. The I.T. Manager first language isn't English so he was difficult to understand. I was told I'd be let know one way or the other but after a weekI tried to follow up for a status via e-mail and was ghosted. These organizations should let interviewee's know one way or another by e-mail if the are not selected for the position it's professional courtesy IMO. How hard can it be to send an e-mail via automation? I have more than 20 years of I.T. experience, this whole experience was very unprofessional.
