The interview process consisted of several rounds. Initial screening, SATI assessment, technical round, discussions with the Head of HR and VP of AI.
The SATI assessment was quite lengthy and time consuming. The other rounds were okay.

2. HR interview (20-30 minutes) about work experiences, projects, skills.
3. Form for culture fit (10+ form inputs)

Really nice team of HR but sati form is a bit of different way to assess people. You have to write your own thoughts about ai and various other things.

Unprofessional recruiter with no knowledge. Misdirecting me to another company and cancelled my interview with deriv, and eventually rejecting on both. Please be more professional. Will not apply again in the future
