The HR will conduct an initial interview and shortlists the qualified candidates. After that, the Project Director will conduct the second interview. Lastly, a panel interview with the project owner's representative and the Consultant's representative. They will decide whether to hire you or not. If it's a yes; the Project Director gives the job offer.
