The interview is none like any other in a remarkable kind of way. Very progressive and interactive. The interviewer made me comfortable by discussing the position without sounding too rigid. The company vision, mission, and values were clearly communicated and given emphasis instead of the typical dictation of job qualifications, I get a thorough understanding of their work environment which seems to be employee-oriented and that is awesome!
