Starts with an initial 30-minute phone screening followed by a 3 hour timed assignment, you have a few days’ window to get it done. After the assignment, there’s another panel interview with the hiring manager and team lead.

Applied on the company site, their HR reached out the next week to schedule a preliminary phone interview. After that I was asked to take a test where I was asked questions that related to the job I was applying for. The last step was a final interview with HR, potential manager and one other person from the team.
