To get through the position as mentioned above one needs to have good communication skills & most importantly contacts to generate more revenue for the bank.The first round of interview is take by the immediate superior & the final by Branch head or Branch VP.There is no HR round.Questions are generally about how you will get business to the bank or sales pitch for selling insurance/investment.

It was easy. General questions like tell me about yourself, why should we hire you. AMFI certification is a must. Overall a good company to work . The working environment and employee benefits are great.
