2 hours of interview. 1st hour technical. next critical thinking. Technical interview process is not good. initially they ask some questions. Then they ask to write some code where they provide some interface. And questions are not appropriate. Not even a senior developer could write configuration related code in few minutes. As each project is different. we use different frameworks. I don't feel interview process is a good measure of candidates worth. Very depth programming questions along with explanation.

Entretien
I was interviewed with the bank for java developer position it has 3 rounds in the 1st round basic java questions 2nd round - leet code medium and questions on work experience. 3rd round - BEHAVIOURAL
It was a drive. 2 rounds- one technical and other was techno managerial . I was very confident i will get the offer.Bhushan was the guy who was scheduling it.
After a week or so i got mail to submit documents.
After that i kept calling them for 1.5 months almost everyday. vishwasrao did not even care to tell if i am selected or not.Extreme bad impression created for deutsche bank.I even talked to HR who coordinated for the drive she was very helpful but she couldn’t help me. Please let candidates know the results if you are conducting drives.Management must su such HRs who are responsible for such incidents
