First round telephonic screening through employee referral. This was followed by case study where they asked about a company and its industry standing and its swot analysis. This was followed by an hr round where they asked me to explain the case study in details and why have i chosen those answers. An hr and a manager would ask questions, Lastly a final salary round, negotiation.
