Got interview 3 times at a gap of 1 week each and cleared all rounds with confidence . 1) HR screening 2) Hiring manager 3) VP & Director At the end of 3 weeks was asked to submit identity and stay documents being an expat to get necessary approvals from workers council and HR . Got denial from workers council on grounds of work permit issues which the company wasnt even sponsoring .No written clarification with hidden excuses.Probably hired someone at a lower cost .
