There was no process as such. Without any greetings in their message they asked me about my visa status. I understand that some employers cannot sponsor any visas. However when I let them know my visa status they started digging more into it. I don't think they care about position they are hiring for. More concerned about the candidate's personal details. Huge red flag for me. Also after looking at the reviews here does not really surprise me.

Very poor after giving offer letter they withdraw it. They said they wanna take for client paypal but layer hr stopped picking calls and told position is not available anymore.
