They give you no details when giving you interview test. And judgement is based on their opinion rather than your work. It's a waste of time. Even if you get through the interview process, there is no job security because one day they think you're good, other day they thing they goofed up. There is a super high employee turn-over rate and that's the reason you'd see so many job openings from there.
