They contacted my first by phone, and then I went in to do a one on one interview- which consisted of a few basic questions and a full modeling test in person over the length of an hour.

Entretien
There is an initial one on one interview with the manager followed by a test relating to the position. Once the test is approved the second interview is scheduled with the manager, financial department, and owner.
