I applied through LinkedIn and had a couple calls with their HR department, which led to an on-site interview with three Dig Inn employees. All were kind and passionate about their work and the food industry.
I do wish they had asked me specific questions about my work experience. I pride myself in obtaining the opportunities and experiences through hard work and passion for the subject, and found that it was either a lack of preparation or interest that Dig Inn didn't ask me about those experiences.
Rather, the questions were more rigid and limited to the specific role to which I was applying. And that's ok! As long as they get the full picture of how my experiences developed those skills and qualifications.
