The process at Digit was not only realistic and fair but also inspiring to see their efforts in promoting diversity and career growth. I felt like the questions they asked were very relevant to the job and they really cared about why I was looking for a new role. Not once did I feel like they were quizzing me on some toy algorithm or expecting me to know some obscure technology.
