Initial contact came a few weeks after I sent in a resume and cover letter. From there the process sped up considerably. First round was a phone interview with a 3rd party recruiter. Second round was another phone interview, this time with the immediate supervisor. Third round with an Exec again via phone. Final round was in person with the same supervisor from round 2 and then with another Exec. All phone interviews lasted about 30 minutes and were scheduled by the initial recruiter. Everything was professional and well organized. Standard interview questions throughout- nothing too challenging- but left a really great impression of the company and facilities.
