However, after that, there was no further communication despite multiple follow-ups over more than two weeks. Calls were not answered, and messages were not responded to. Being told you are selected and then receiving no update or closure is unprofessional and can be frustrating for candidates who are actively planning their next steps. A simple update or clear communication would have made a big difference. I would suggest improving communication and providing timely updates to candidates, even if there are delays or changes in hiring decisions.
