It was comprised of three interviews and a task: the first was an informal telephone interview, followed by a task to be completed over a couple of days, followed by a more formal video interview with the management team, and finally a video interview with some of the extended team. The process moved swiftly enough to show genuine interest and intent, but not so quick that it indicated a lack of care and thought. Overall I found it to be a smooth, well-managed process that gave both parties a chance to do their due diligence.
