The recruiter reached out via LinkedIn. We immediately held a Microsoft Teams phone screen (camera on) and the HR recruiter was very friendly and informative. He was very helpful while answering my questions and moved me to the next round. From there, I interviewed with the Sr. Dir of UX Design and I answered all of her questions well. From there, there was absolutely no feedback or follow-ups. The recruiter did not get back to my messages and basically ghosted me.
