It was really confusing from the beginning, I got contacted by two different recruiter for the same position, then after the first contact, when I answered that I'm interested, haven't heard back from them for a while. A week later one of them contacted me and said my profile is great and wants to move on with it, then I haven't heard any update for weeks. After that she called me without any notice and wanted to have a quick HR discussion about my background and career expectations. Since she didn't send any update for a week I pinged her and asked if there is an update, she said they have concerns with my resume and wanted to know some details(it was not concerning). After the discussion she said she'll get back to me in a  few days, this was 2 months before, haven't heard anything from them since then. It was a really bad experience, I don't know what's going on at Diligent but there is a place for improvement in the recruitment process for sure.
