I had a very positive impression of this company when I applied at a job fair. The recruiter was friendly and informative and seemed genuinely interested in finding quality people. The interview process was short and sweet. I interviewed with a supervisor first and then waited an hour for the assistant store manager to return from lunch. I had my second interview and he offered me the position. Things have changed considerably since then.

Easy, few job related questions. schedual flexability. Shifts avilabiltys, days and holidays avilabilitys. Your job rolle, expectation, traning, education, refrences. Work history and reson for chosing the store. It is a simple easy procces,more like meet and greet.

I did an application online got a call from a manager a couple days later. Went in for an interview. Met with two people the same day. A couple days later I got an email with an offer.

The store manager was kind and understanding. The interview was quick and easy. He was very willing to give opportunities even with little to no experience with opportunities to earn commissions and learn from others.
