I had a screening call and then an interview with a few partners. They then never bothered to get back to me about the outcome until I followed up. Not great. They left the position open for months after I interviewed. If you are a planner looking for work I recommend looking elsewhere. Because I did not find the process respectful of my time.

I had at least two phone conversations with the Recruiter, who then opted to recommend that I proceed through the next interview round with a Partner/the person who could be my boss. I had one virtual interview with only him, and a few days later I had another interview with him and another Partner. They were both casual, comfortable conversations.
