Waited for interview for about twenty minutes along with other applicants. Wouldn't recommend after hearing many quitting. You are seated along with a couple. Introduced outside of the restaurant and there you are introduced with broad questions. Rumors about manager looking more for females over males. Last question I asked was about how many people applied and would have to say about 100 people applied for overall positions.
Laid back interview. Told me I’d hear back in less than a week at the earliest, but did not follow through with that promise. Ask availability and why their location

The interview process was very relaxed and informal, mainly focused on a general vibe check. They wanted to see if you could communicate clearly, work well with a team, handle a fast-paced environment, and have a positive attitude.
