They have had interviews for more than a month just to promote the Restaurant. Lots of people have full experience and there just saying you don't qualify just to promote the company on websites like indeed, Glassdoor and craigslist

what are your experiences? and where do you see your self in 5 years
Overall a standard interview. The turn around for hearing back from a job was really quick which is great because the interview is short. The managers and human resource representatives don't seem to be in contact however, which led to repetitive conversations about what position I was applying for and what I was being offered.
