Met with Operations twice and potential future co-workers. It was friendly and a good sharing of ideas about the industry and what everyone does and how all interact. Met several times over a few weeks and took a personality test to evaluate the position match. A decision/offer took a while to occur.

Questions were typical, but a lot of emphasis was put on the personality test. While it was fairly accurate, some of the questions were about assumptions that were way off.
