There were 3 rounds of interview.One was a phone call & the other 2 were 1 on 1.Most questions were common questions like tell me about yourself and describe previous experiences and focus was on customer service situation oriented questions.

I met with the branch manager as well as the assistant manager. I felt it was a very friendly, positive, upbeat conversation. It seemed they were looking for someone who could handle the job but also that fit their team since they had long hours.

One phone interview and 2 face to face one . They won’t ask anything that you don’t expect, just be confident and look happy . They just want you to be excited or over confident.
