The first round was with Peopleworks (HR) based in Indonesia. It was comfortable and fun. The girl at Peopleworks is supportive and make the conversation went smoothly. The second round was with the Director and Account Manager of EMEA market. This round focuses mostly on what you can contribute, what you know about this role.
