Got the job posting from IU's career website. Interviewed with 2 people, each for 30 minutes. 1 person had more technical questions, as in I did a mini case about outsourcing work. It was very simple and straight forward. The other person was more behavioral, talked about my resume, and words to describe myself. nothing tricky.
