This process was highly unorganized. I went through the phone interview, was asked to come in for an office interview. HR actually cancelled the interviews and said they hired someone. They then asked me to come in again but didn't tell me I was interviewing for a specific internal audit role so I found that out during my interview. I was then told it was IT specific...which I had no background in. I felt like the person was trying to make me uninterested in the role completely. All in all, very unorganized and probably not a place I want to work at anyway.
