Submitted my application and a few days later HR reached out to schedule the 1st interview. It was a tech-screening round with a team member foucisng on SQL and other questions

Entretien
The interview process had 4 rounds:
1. Recruiter Call: standard behavioural questions.
2. Hiring Manager Call: standard behavioural, SQL, Python, Case Study
3. Final Round with 3 People: standard behavioural, SQL & Python, Case study.
(Note that they mentioned a 4th round is sometimes used, but I didn't do one).
Discover values individuals who are team players, coachable, and familiar with finance.

First round is HR round, Second round is Hiring Manager round, Panel Interview back to back, 3 people in total, each one have 30 mins, It's nice and smooth. Normally getting back to you the result within a week,
