Initially I was contacted by a employment agency. They conducted a preliminary interview and presented me to the hiring manager. I was interviewed by Manager of the Department. After that, I was interviewed by one of the peers. When that was completed, an offer was made through the employment agency. Verbal was followed by a written offer. The position is a work from home remote with some travel position.
