Entretien
I met with the two owners at one of the newest locations. The general interview seemed traditional enough. The challenge came when I was asked a couple to complete a couple simple tasks like finding the menu price for an item with a 23% food cost. I also did a working interview that helped me see the in and outs of the company in a snapshot , it was like having a bunch of interview in one.

Menu price for a nutella jelly sandwich , given loaf price and slice count, batch cost for 5 gallons of jelly and bottle cost for nutella and the recipe.
Great interview it went smooth and it was a zoom call. Overall glad I did the interview. Typical questions are asked plus some personality and situational. Straight to the point.
