J'ai passé un entretien chez Distribution Management
Entretien
Several interviews. Lots of questions about sales and how you will hit goal. Why you're a goos fit for the company. What motivates me. Several usual interview questions that you have probably heard before.
J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Distribution Management (Saint Charles, MO) en déc. 2017
Entretien
I interviewed with 2 senior managers. They asked the typical, robotic 21 questions for a job interview. I tried to connect to the interviewers on a personal level and was declined a position because I wasn't a "cultural fit". I'm a unique individual that shared a lot of my personal background. Maybe their used to boring people that don't have a real story to tell. That speaks more on the company than it does me. I've been homeless, a drifter, a musician, comedian, entertainer, among other things. Maybe if I followed the "American Dream" storyline they would have felt more comfortable hiring me. They seemed robotic to me in their conversations which worried me. Humans should be humans when interviewing them for any position. I'm not saying it needs to be locker room/bar talk, but, a casual, yet personal conversation to get to know someone as a human being should never be held against someone.
