The interview process is very smooth only lasted about 30 minutes very straight to the point. I literally got hired and was working within 2 weeks. Also, the job required a background check and a mandatory drug test in order to get hired.

Talked about our previous work at a mutual company. She kept describing how "fun" the job was and how everyone was like "family". Just all the positives not really preparing you for the job or any of the problems you may experience.
