First you will have an assessment test which is basically you need tackle the time limit. The you ill have a hirevue interview. In that interview you will have a 60 multiple choice questions which is mainly about grammar then you will have 6 situational type questions then you will have to play 2 games

HR round assessments based on knowledge and ops round. Grammar, customer handling, geography and situation based questions. Stability. The process may vary based on the recruiter. Needs to prepare in all areas.

after applying you will receive the video recording interview via email, you have time to read the question and do it again so take your time and read. all about your previous work
I would say they select staffs precisely and with all considerations. Perfect interview process. They check you through written test, group interview and personal interview too. And the questions they ask are also pretty twisted.
