The process was smooth and clear from the first moment with kind and respectful people all around. The PMs are knowledgeable and the style of interviews resembled more like a conversation than the typical, running-through-a-checklist kind of interview.
The proposed Business Case that I had to present was fun to do, if somewhat extensive.
Overall, the recruiment process was excellent excellent.

Interview questions were not that difficult to answer, albeit some were tricky.
The Business Case was the most difficult part of the recruitment process due to the level of detail that the PMs might be expecting.
