First interview was with a recruiter who talked about culture, pay, and benefits. This was not so much an interview as an informational session. Second interview was with the business development team. I heard that usually this is the last interview but for me it consisted of chatting with the biz dev team about my experience. My last interview was with director of biz dev. It went well, but I did feel like he had already made a decision about my candidacy early on.
