Entretien
Applied to the same job title 3 times 3 years in a row. Rejected first 2 times by recruiter for unknown reasons, despite 15+ years of relevant experience & excellent references. 3rd application, I finally had a discussion with the recruiter who let me know that the position topped out at $50K/year (well below the competitive rate for this particular position) and that the hiring manager might have concerns because of my years of experience. I did manage to get a 30 minute phone interview with the hiring manager, which seemed to go well, but I didn't make it to the 2nd round of interviews. Received an auto generated email to inform me that DocuSign was moving forward with other candidates that were "more qualified for the position". I'm pretty certain in my case that's code for "we decided you're too old with too many years of experience to want to work here very long at $50K, so we're moving forward with younger, entry level candidates fresh out of college we don't have to worry about paying as much for". Well DocuSign, have fun with that. Often times you do get exactly what you pay for. Younger workers aren't better by default just because they're young or ask for lower salaries. Shame on you for practicing ageism.

Question 1
Very basic questions for the most part. Best one was "what was your favorite proposal you worked on and why".
