Applied online, then i had recruiter screening phone call, then manager phone call, and then one onsite interview to present my portfolio. I got an automated rejection email from their system. I thought that was very unprofessional. Normally you would have the decency to at least send a personalized email from the recruiter letting you know that you weren't selected for further steps.
