The interview process was extremely organized, efficient and quick. The process consisted of 7 steps.
1. Phone screening with Recruiter
2. Zoom interview with Hiring Manager
3. Discovery and Business process workflow project
4. Zoom interview with additional Dept. Manager
5. Zoom interview with Team Solutions Consultant
6. Zoom interview with Team Solutions Consultant
7. Discovery and Business Process workflow

A company wants you to test whether some lightbulbs would shatter when dropped from their 50 story building. They already know the lightbulbs break from the 50th floor. What steps would you take to efficiently test these light bulbs without going to every floor?

Entretien
It was a refreshingly quick process. The recruitment and hiring mangers were amazing and were very supportive all throughout the process.
- Monday: Chat with the recruitment team.
- Thursday: Interview with the hiring manager.
- Friday: Received the candidate evaluation project for me to complete and present back to the team.
- Monday: Completed the project.
- Tuesday: Panel interview and presentation of solution. Received a verbal offer for the position on the same day.
- Wednesday: Received the formal letter of offer.

Initial screen with HR. Then an interview with the hiring manager. Then 3 additional interviews plus a written exercise and presentation where I had to actually do the job that I was being considered for.

Initial phone screen that never even happened, i was scheduled to have a phone screen with one of the recruiters and she had a conflict and wanted to reschedule to later that day which i agreed to but when the time came she completely ghosted me; unbelievably unprofessional and irresponsible. i see a lot of people here had similar experiences, something is really wrong with the recruitment process in this company there really needs to be some serious restructuring and current recruiters need to be fired; this is unacceptance and ill be telling a lot of people about this
