Don't waste your time interviewing here. I spent 4 hours doing a panel round interview with Docusign. They leave you with like 20 minutes to do both coding & design system challenges. Most of the time I felt like I was being interrogated about how agile tech companies work. Which left the impression that : a) they're using candidates to figure out how to run a tech company and b) they were looking for someone who would fit into a role there and operate like a cog in a machine. When I pushed back on their in-office policy, I got a mix of answers but it seems like they're adamant about forcing people in (e.g. remote works are being pushed to move close to an office). Which is absurd, considering most tech places now are remote first. Also they *just* hired a diversity & inclusion officer. The company is nearly 20 years old and this is a HUGE red flag in my opinion. My entire interview process, all the engineers I spoke with were male and predominately white.
