Mostly behavorial, trying to understand your motivation to do LO interview, then a 1hr long case + debrief. Have a really good why LO story. Really depends on the interviewer, mainly fit and need based. Not as structred as banking or PE processes.

It was a long process, but ppl were very friendly, and the questions were reasonable. I had four rounds in total, and they lasted for about 2 months. The questions you get will vary depending on the hiring analysts.
Multiple video rounds with a mix of behavioral and technical questions related to finance and aspects of your resume and interests/background. Additionally there was a short case segment portion of the process
