Screening call + in-person interview at their office (can also be online if needed). Went to their Paddington office and met their lovely team. Everything was quite professionally handled, communication was transparent. Got positive feedback but ultimately they decided to go with someone with more experience. Had to follow up a couple times to be informed of the result.

Just did the round 1 screening with HR which went well but I was ghosted after that as they have frozen hiring. She was nice and I expected to go through to the next round.
