Quick and easy. I came in answered a few basic interview questions and was hired on the spot, to help them move their store to another location. Once I finished that, they hired me on the spot for a cashiering position.

Came in and asked for the store manager. He took me into the office and asked a few questions. Questions : Why do you want to work for Dollar Tree? Do you know anyone that works here? How you deal with Multi-tasking? How you deal with pressure?
Got the job. (Mainly through Nepotism).

Very simple and easy was hired on the spot. More like a friendly conversation than an interview, was 30min-1hr long. Given tour of store and full run down of responsibilities

Entretien
Went to interview and was nervous about answering questions for the job and depending on how I answer them. That would determine if I get the job or not. But it wasn’t like that at all. The store manager was super friendly and straight forward with everything. Applying was super easy online.
