Don't answer their questions too well. Got a phone call with a high level leader in DoorDash for a program manager role. The call went well and I shared some of my ideas about how to help DoorDash build their new creative program, and the person in DoorDash did sound very positive and interested. However after the call, they NEVER reply anything, nor share any updates. Even now, there's no job post at all. After all, it feels like they just wanna use this interview as a form to acquire some useful information from me but not really considering to hire at all.

Extremely lengthy. Recruiter screening, hiring manager, a number of take home assessments then a panel. Overall everyone was very respectful, but the process was unnecessarily time consuming. Got competing offers but so turned this one down.
