First call was approximately 30 minutes to discuss my background, the role, and the company. The next stage was three consecutive 30-minute phone calls. They did not provide a lot of options to choose from so ultimately, I had to take the day off from work in order to accommodate their interview process. An hour and a half of having the exact same conversation with three different people could have easily been avoided. I believe if they split the 3 interviews into different days to accommodate the interviewers it would be beneficial to both parties.

Ten minute phone call with the hiring manager who was building the team. Two follow up e-mails sent to her personal email address and no response. I received updates via the automated system on other positions that I had applied for within the company just not this particular position.
