Recruiter screen, hiring manager, take home case, 1-2 extra panels with high level case/behavioral. I interviewed for MULTIPLE roles. The recruiting process was the worst I have ever experienced. Very unorganized and unresponsive. No transparency and they will give offer to someone else without letting you finish your round even when they agreed to take you through next phase. Take home was an excessive amount of work and not transferable to other roles. Recruiters and hiring managers will ghost you and not stay true to their words. I honestly was SO excited about this company, but they do not treat those they interview with respect. This is a reminder to everyone that YOU are also interviewing THEM - you hold power in this process. While I respect their business model, I think most should learn from my mistake and not waste time on Doordash because they don't respect you as a candidate. I was warned by DOZENS of people on how horrible their recruiting process is but unfortunately learned the hard way.
