The hiring process included a phone screen interview with HR, an informal open house event that provided an opportunity for candidates to learn more about the company/product and mingle with current employees, and a one on one interview with a member of the company's executive team. The company was great at providing immediate feedback on my performance during the interview and quickly following up with a job offer several days later.

-How well you match the "company culture" is another decisive factor
-Take the stairs, be nice to everyone
-Be ready to respond - reject/accept if DD offer, you'll be notified fairly quick
