The hiring process was very disorganized. After submitting my application for the dog handler position, I had a phone interview where I was asked very vague and unrelated questions; it felt like the interviewer had zero experience doing interviews. A few days later, I received an email that I was hired, and was asked to move to across the country to Seattle for the job ASAP, since they needed someone to work the holidays. This required me to sign a lease and buy work clothes I was asked to wear for the job. 3 days before my start date, they changed their mind and went with someone else for the position, leaving me in debt and stuck with a lease I cannot afford. Overall, I felt very disrespected by this company, and I believe the HR person who I was in contact with for the job shouldn't be in her position.
