We had been called for an interview and there was no one to guide us in the waiting hall. It was completely dis-organized. Almost 150 candidates were called for the session. No tea, cofee, water provided in the hall. Only one technical round was conducted and there was no discussion about the salary, perks and facilities offered. they just think that everyone will come to Dr.Reddy's because of the brand value and simply sent an offer letter and pressurized that by end of the you have to accept or reject the offer. At that time my increment ewas due from previous employer, that also not considered, simple they offered waht i was getting and says ther will be plenty opportunities in Dr.Reddy's. But after joining i came to know that ther will not be any growth in salary even after years.

I am a fresher I have theoretical knowledge but I can do hard work for the organisation. I will put my all efforts for the good progress of organisation. Being punctual and sincere , I can finish the work at given time and try my best to full fill the needs of the company.
