I believe the company has been posting fake jobs to pretend like the business is growing. I have experience that perfectly matches the listed qualifications, yet I received a rejection email after a few months. But I keep seeing the same post over and over. Given how many qualified professionals are currently in the market, there is no way they can't find anyone for so long and have to repost it over and over, especially for remote positions.
